Thanks for this post.
I was recently at an AiG event, and one of the guys there let me photocopy that article on Ussher.
I don't know if I agree with the guys understanding of Ussher on chronology. The Ussher scholarship that I've read (which is limited), indicates other influences on Ussher's chronology than just geneaologies.
You gotta get into Ussher man! He's bomb.
I've read some of his other stuff, and it's good, straightforward & clear, and worth your time to check out.
